- Lead IT strategy’s developments (software/hardware landscape, general development principles);
- Determine business requirements for IT systems;
- Manage the implementation of policies and management reporting;
- Manage IT Resource planning;
- Manage IT staffing strategy and coordination with HR;
- Manage IT budgeting and controls;
- Manage IT vendor management;
- Manage IT procurement management;
- Manage IT outsourcing management;
- Contribute to IT Risk / Security first line of defence function;
- Manage change management coordination.
- University degree in Information Technology or related sphere is consider as an advantage;
- Experience in IT/Business/Project management is mandatory;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, Proficiency in Russian or any other languages would be an advantage;
- Experience within Bank IT environment would be an advantage;
- Developer / IT architect experience would be an advantage;
- Experience in agile project management would be an advantage;
- Experience with Temenos T24 software family could be an advantage.
